Que sont les talons fissérés?
Les talons fissurés se produisent lorsque la peau autour du talon se fissure. Les talons fissurés sont un problème très courant et touchent aussi bien les femmes que les hommes de tout âge.
Quelle es est la cause?
Nous exposons nos pieds à diverses contraintes en termes de position debout, de marche, d’exercice et nous ne portons pas toujours des chaussures confortables. Si la peau des pieds est également sèche et donc moins élastique, de légères fissures apparaissent, car la peau ne peut pas s’étirer pour permettre au talon de se dilater légèrement lorsqu’il est soumis à une pression et à un stress.

Comment ces problèmes étaient-ils traités auparavant?
Une recommandation de traitement courante était de se laver minutieusement les pieds tous les jours et / ou d’utiliser régulièrement un bain de pieds, de limer vos pieds, et d’appliquer une crème hydratante pour hydrater et adoucir la peau.
Pour éviter l’apparition de talons fissurés, il est conseillé de changer de chaussettes tous les jours, d’utiliser des chaussures confortables et non ouvertes et de varier les positions au travail (éviter de rester debout trop longtemps).
